In order to optimize our service and improve users’ trading experience, OKEx decides to have a system upgrade at 9:00-9:05 on September 22, 2020 (UTC). The affected service includes Perpetual trading only.
During the scheduled upgrade，a brief 1 to 3 minute trading suspension will occur in all Perpetual trading. Suspended features include order placement, order cancellations, margin addition and funds transfer. The Perpetual service suspension is platform wide and will affect APP, Web, PC, and API. Please make sure that your API program will reconnect as required. However, you can still access the OKEx official site and use the APP during the upgrade. The upgrade will not affect other product types.
Please take necessary measures before the downtime, such as adding margin, lowering the leverage, or even closing the positions to avoid potential risks like forced-liquidations caused by market volatility.
Your account balances will not be impacted and your assets security will not be compromised with the system upgrade.
